For event organizers, from signed agreement to sponsor report
Sponsor PromisesDeliver every perk, with proof.
List each signed sponsor and what their agreement promised. Free in your browser: one column per sponsor with every perk's state, nothing shipped before fees are paid, the printer's date as the real deadline, exclusive surfaces sold twice, perks that are late, unproven or missed, what lead data you can honestly hand over, and the 72-hour recap clock. A run writes the status memo, or the next message to one sponsor.

How it works
Each sponsor gets a column built from the signed agreement, not the prospectus - negotiated extras live only in the contract. Every perk moves from promised to scheduled to delivered to evidenced, and the evidence goes in when the perk ships, not when the report is due. Nothing ships for a sponsor whose fees are still open, and the hold is told to them through their liaison before the venue door. The printer's date for lanyards, swag and signage is the real deadline; an exclusive surface is never promised to more sponsors than its published cap.
At a community-run event, sponsors get aggregate demographics or a consented raffle - never an attendee list. After the event, every sponsor gets a recap inside 72 hours, any miss named first with its make-good, and the fuller report inside 10 business days, with how every number was counted. A slipped perk you name yourself costs far less than one the sponsor finds.
